Small Business Lighting Energy Management Engineer or below DOE –Business Energy Management #3893 PSE’s Business Energy Management group is looking for two Energy Management Engineers or below depending on experience to join our group to develop and implement a strategic, results-driven sales program to build participation in our Small Business Lighting program. This role will develop partnerships through direct sales efforts and outreach to trade allies (HVAC contractors, electrical distributors, architects, engineers) and customer organizations that assist PSE in meeting efficiency program targets. Duties for the Energy Management Engineer include responsibility for day-to-day operations involving quality delivery of PSE energy efficiency programs commercial and industrial customers to meet program budgets and savings targets. - Formal energy management training with 5 years of energy management project experience.
- Demonstrated project and/or program management skills
- Srong interpersonal and communications skills
Desired: - Experience in aspects of program development, including understanding both internal and external processes necessary to market, sell, deliver, verify and track program activity.
- Customer service experience
- Utility industry experience
